HaPPY THaNKSGiViNG

After much discussion, we decided we were not going to go down to Mesquite for Thanksgiving. We felt that it was probably best for our family if we just stayed home. Now that it is over and done with, I can honest say that it doesn't feel like we actually celebrated anything...maybe you could just consider it a little over the top Sunday dinner. I did enjoy the time we had to spend together as a family and I got a chance to prove to myself that I could actually cook a Thanksgiving dinner...it was pretty good, if I have to say so myself! (I am patting myself on the back right now.) It has been really hard for me to be so far away from my family and friends, but I know that moving to Idaho was something that I needed to do. I can't say as I know why yet, but I know with time the answers will come. We have been truly blessed as a family and are so grateful for the many opportunities that we have been given.
