For Spring Break the kids and I took off for Mesquite. We left Sunday morning and got there just in time to listen to my mom's Relief Society lesson and see my brother get set apart as the Ward Clerk in his ward.
Monday we headed to Whitney Pockets with my mom, Terry and Bethany. We had a picnic, climbed on the rocks and rode the 4-wheeler.

Tuesday we went to the David Archuletta concert. He put on a great concert once he got on stage. Konnor was able to sleep through the entire concert and block out the squeals of 500 teenage girls.

Wednesday (and practically every other day) we hung out at the park. My sister-in-law showed us this great park and my kids begged to go there everyday.
Thursday and Friday we just hung out riding scooters and playing outside. You could not have asked for better weather while we were in Mesquite. Saturday (against our will) we came back home. We got home just in time to experience another snow storm.

You guys had loads of fun I can tell. The reason you moved to Idaho was to escape the hoooottttt summers here. When we are all dying here you will be comfy cozy in the 70 degree weather.
Sounds like fun. I wish we could take a quick trip to Mesquite every once in a while. Sounds like you guys had a blast. I wish we got to see you guys more!
I love the smile song you have on here! I'm glad you had fun on your trip...think we could do lunch or something on one of them?
You end up getting the best of both worlds! Shorts in the winter and summer! ;)
I wish we could have seen you while you were down. It looks like you had a good visit though. Let us know when you are coming down again, we will for sure get together.
