A couple of days ago, Corri, Jaxon, Kamri, Kynsli and I went and picked potatoes. We were only out in the field for maybe 30 to 45 minutes and was able to bring home enough potatoes to fill two 50 gallon barrels. We had gone out the day before with Bert, Lake, Bradley and Bridger and filled three large laundry baskets for them to take back home to Monticello.Now I just need to figure out what to do with all the potatoes!

What a fun tradition! I know you can peel, cut and "can" them. That way you have them for food storage. Your girls look so cute for picture day too!
