The Friday after Christmas, my mom, my kids and I packed up and headed for warmer weather. We had to endure horrible road condition from Blackfoot until about Nephi but it was well worth it to get out of the snow for a while. We spent a few days camping at Valley of Fire.
Arch Rock
My mom and Konnor climbing the stairs to look at the petroglyphs
Terry, Kamri and Kynsli at the top of the stairs. There was not a whole lot of things to do at the Valley of Fire which made the trip very relaxing. I think that is just what I needed. The remaining few days that we spent in Mesquite were occupied with mastering Dance Dance Revolution on the Wii and just hanging out.
It is always a good time when we can go back home. I am already looking for an excuse to have to go back. Thanks mom for everything. We had a great time.
