This last Sunday I made a commitment and today I am paying the consequences. I agreed to play on our church volleyball team. Now let's remember it has been almost 13 years since I have played volleyball but I honestly didn't think I was that out of shape. Boy was I wrong. I feel like I haven't moved off the couch in years. I did have alot of fun though and got to meet some of the ladies in my ward. I guess that's what it's all about....Fun and Friends!

I don't know why but I busted up laughing when you said, "I feel like I haven't moved off of the couch in years." I've thought about working out a lot lately and I get tired just thinking about it. I think that's a sign.
I know the feeling.. I've just started up a little bit and it's killing me. Volleyball sounds soooo fun though. One of our last stakes did it and I loved it! Good luck.
